We develop products and approaches that inspire and enable employees to grow and will revolutionise the employee experience across Siemens Energy globally.How You’ll Make an Impact●All our Talent Management Products break from HR traditional practices and are developed to meet the needs of our employees and help them reach their potential.●As the Talent Management Specialist you will be part of the global Talent Management team within Siemens Energy HR and be responsible for supporting performance management and future skills & learning related initiatives and projects.●You will work with the core team to develop our Talent Management products and drive employee-centric initiatives such as performance management and skills & learning projects.Your main task will be maintaining and enhancing the performance management tool to provide the most beneficiary user experience by to addressing changes and enhancements in the tool and using the ticketing system to create a great customer experience. You’ll also provide program support and create material for workshops and communications to drive adoption of talent and learning initiatives. ●Collaborating in a respectful and trustful manner with IT and General Project Owners will be a key part of your role. ●Your location will be in Romania/ Bucharest.What You Bring●The foundation of your career is 3-5 years of professional experience, building on an associate ´s degree in related field from an accredited institution of higher learning●Experience in using Workday●In addition, you are familiar with supporting the organization and coordination of projects by driving initiatives with a good understanding of business needs.●You enjoy organizing, prioritizing, and following multiple projects and tasks through to completion is vital for this position. You pay attention to details, and getting things right is important to you. ●You are driven by making things better: you naturally see where processes or systems can be improved, and you analyze problems, identify solutions, and resolve challenges using decision-making processes.●You have a solution-oriented mindset, and are passionate about providing a great customer experience.●You have strong communication skills and can motivate others. You have a high level of cultural sensitivity, working together with diverse cultures and within a global scope.●While working independently you are also contributing to our positive team environment and establishing effective working relationships with other partners.●You are interested to continuously learn about talent management topics.
