Job Description • Maintain the Garrett Performance system including:o Active involvement in successful End of Year and Mid-Year deploymentso Supporting the relevant training and communication Project Plan and executiono Monitor, consolidate report on important relevant Data during the different stages of the process and o Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the systemo Own the periodic system testing and validation • Maintain the on-line Talent Review system including:o Support training and communication processes to ensure appropriate usage and adoptiono Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the systemo Own the periodic system testing and validationOwn the processes involved in 360 survey tool including:o Administration of surveyso Updating and regular deployment of user & HRG trainingo Advise and coach in the use of the survey toolRevise and develop the Procedures (SOP), Policies and Process Diagramso work on continous improevement of the process flow and standise the processSkills in Motion and Pulse Surveyo Work closely with Talent Management Specialist and Leader on analysis and consolidate the data & relevant comments under well structured materials• Ownership of regular reporting on key Talent Management metrics. Develop and deploy an automated Talent Mgt Scorecard• Own the project management of selected functional and cross functional development programmes that require ongoing support. Work alongside programme sponsors, contributors and participants to continuously improve delivery, effectiveness and user experience. • Contribute to specific Talent Management projects, aligned to Garret’s strategic priorities and business ensuring effective design, implementation and monitoring of initiatives• Engage with external vendors and partners dedicated to supporting Talent Management initiatives as required Education / Qualifications •Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred•Good academic results essentialExperience• +3 years HR experience and/or equivalent including line management experience
