Join our team and be part of a dynamic, exciting and engaging business, so we can discover What’s next together!Business Control:Establish and maintain strong business control processes to ensure compliance, risk management, and governance.Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.Financial Reporting & Analysis:Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and multiyear plans.Conduct in-depth financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business performance optimization.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to align financial goals with business objectives. (Planning & Control cycle)Serve as a key liaison between finance and other departments, providing financial expertise and support to drive business results.SocGen requests on reporting for ECB requirements to get KPI’s, Trajectory plans of 3 years. Global IT project business cases.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): (focus on Digital & IT domain)Lead the development and execution of the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.Collaborate with business leaders to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance.Use/implement management accounting tooling to use predictive modelling for forecasting, budgeting.
