Service & Construction Academy NCE, delivers Technical and Safety training for internal and external technicians.As an operational Team Leader you are responsible for a team of instructors who delivers training in our training centers, on-site and remotely. Responsibilities: Ensure high quality training deliveries, that accommodate customer needs Support necessary resources to the Training Administration team Secure great customer relationship Management of up to instructors delivering safety and technical training Coordinate on-site and off-site training events, assist the administration team in scheduling trainings, logistics, communication and procurement.
