The Quality Team from Vitesco Brasov is looking for a new collegue! As part of the team you will be responsible of: Manage the Quality Group of concerned focus factory/production unit - Quality technicians, Quality Engineers and other related functions by setting objectives / KPIs, managing performance and personal development plan; Handle the operational quality and customer quality within production unit; Ensure implementation of ISO/TS16949 requirements, customer specifc requirements as well as Vitesco Technologies internal requirements with quality management system of the unit; Coach the team members in order to obtain expected work results; In line with department strategy, organize the team in order to meet clients requirements in an efficient manner; Make estimations and plan the execution of tasks in order to meet due date; Organize regular team meetings, ensure proper work package follow-up; Ensure quality and in time delivery of results within the agreed framework; Motivate employees on improving the process of their work. What will you need to succeed: University degree corresponding to the team's aria of expertise; 2+ years previous experience in leading teams; Advanced English language skills; Advanced MS Office Package knowledge.
