As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a skilled group of professionals in developing RPA solutions using C#. Your responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of RPA developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and professional growthCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and stakeholders, to understand process automation requirements and design efficient RPA solutions using C#Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables within established timelinesGuide the team in optimizing existing RPA solutions for enhanced efficiency, reliability, and scalabilityAssist in the recruitment and hiring process, including conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for the RPA development teamConduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and supporting their career developmentDrive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance productivity within the RPA development teamStay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices related to RPA and C# technologies and apply them to improve our team's capabilities and deliverables Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the team. Our requirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plusProven experience leading and managing teams, preferably in an RPA or software development environment Strong proficiency in C# programming language, ideally with experience in developing RPA solutions using C#Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement efficient and scalable solutionsStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExperience with Agile development methodologies is desirableA proactive and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet project deadlines In the case of minor deviations, the requirements can also be achieved through relevant work experience or further qualification.
