People managementLead, motivate and inspire a team of 7 to 15 security professionals in the Access management area;Recruit, mentor and manage an effective security team2. TransformationContinuously improve ways of working through process redesign, tasks reallocation, stopping activities with no benefit.Learn new technologies and keep abreast of existing technologies and help introduce them where appropriate3. Operational performanceSupport full compliance of the UAM processes as stated by the internal and external audits( SOX, GDPR. CSB, ISO27001, etc);4. Customer SatisfactionContribute to service reviews by providing relevant input for proper performance indicators, highlight, lowlights, blocking points, initiatives and next stepsWith these skills you are a great candidate:Extensive knowledge of infrastructure and application Identity & Access Management and it’s relevant industry standards (SOX, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27000 etc)People management experience;Agile knowledgeTransformational mindsetKnowledge of Security Governance and Services, People Management and Continuous Service Improvement methodologies within corporate environment.Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance and resolve conflicts
