Our ecosystem strategy with its e-commerce core will enable us to expand and move into broader healthcare solutions.TasksOverall responsibility for operations and support of IT Workplace (Microsoft 365 Platform):Resolution of user incidents and service requestsMicrosoft 365 Tenant AdminOur SaaS and on-premises applications like Okta, Slack, Confluence and JiraManaging the service and coordinate the support teamDefining service KPIs and measuring themSupporting the project management in planning and coordinating of the roll out of 365 and post migration supportHead of internal IT support for workplace, identity and access management teamStrengthsYou have several years of experience in IT and IT infrastructure support, the operation of on-premises and cloud workplace applications for customers and you are familiar with the Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
