Responsibilities Design and oversee the architecture for integrating ServiceNow SecOps or Chronicle SecOps with existing systems and applications; Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and constraints; Develop detailed architectural plans, including data flow diagrams, system interfaces, and integration points; Ensure the integration solution aligns with best practices for performance, security, and scalability; Lead technical workshops and discussions to ensure alignment across teams; Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase; Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential integration challenges; Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in ServiceNow and related technologies and manage the communication channel with Google; Generate comprehensive documentation of the integration architecture, configurations, and procedures. Skills Must have Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role; Proven experience with ServiceNow SecOps or Chronicle SecOps and its integration capabilities; Strong knowledge of system integration principles, including APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML); Excellent understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and scalability considerations; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Nice to have Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS) is a plus; Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or system architecture are advantageous.
