The BA team is searching for a new member who will bring his input on:
Analysis
- Understands product/business needs and how these must translate into functional and technical requirements
- Understands the dependencies between technology components and how they combine to deliver solutions to the end consumer and the business
- Understands and balances business needs against technical requirements and overall system constraints.
Documentation
- Design the functional content of the IT solution on behalf of the business.
- Responsible producing and maintaining well written, clear, structured and complete requirements documentation, based on the targeted people (from different departments).
Communication
- Work with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers and data architects to model system/software.
- Offer business support to all technical teams involved in the process at any phase of the implementation process (development, testing, validation, deployment).
Management
- Complete project management activities according to defined service level commitments and process compliance guidelines.
- Consistently communicates with stakeholders and keeps them informed of the status of requirements development.
Support
- Support the product roadmap and manage the product through the entire Product Lifecycle from product idea generation to building and testing the product to market launch and product growth
- Supports internal teams and clients in performing Internal Quality Assurance and User Accepting Testing
Improve
- Identify operational process improvement opportunities
- Perform system analysis for the design of new products or enhancements to improve usability based on feedback
