Your day to day:Manage and improve all communications flows, within and outside of Network Engineering OSS Department, either at manager level or at working level. In addition, to be responsible for creating the content based on technical information provided by engineers and managing and distribute it through different channels like meetings, mailing, web. Be responsible for keeping the team's information organised in a digital and shared environment.With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business: • Coordinate external and internal communications flow (MoMs, newsletters, etc.) and write content for department web portal• Organise and conduct weekly follow-up meetings for technical team coordination• Organise and conduct weekly follow-up meetings to synthesise and provide summary vision to senior managers• Preparation of material for meetings (pre-read slides deck, tracking action points)• Ensure proper receipt of technical content to be prepared by expert engineering teams• Managing all meetings and communications related to portfolio management, from requests to implementation in products• Be an important contributor to the OSS Lean Portfolio Management, by helping to maximize the outcome value and prevent any bottleneckWith these skills, you are a great candidate: Sounds like the perfect job?
