Technical Customer Support - 2nd line in Constanţa

Customer Support (advanced) More importantly you will be responsible for the following:Providing advanced level support with more complex troubleshooting for workstation, server and network related issues Perform systems administration for Windows Servers, Exchange servers and Desktop operating systems across multiple customers Monitor and troubleshoot client backups Workstation and peripheral diagnostics and support Escalate customer issues through the proper channels Maintain client security levels and confidentiality of information Cultivate close working relationship with assigned clients' Point of Contacts and User Base; attend regular calls with customers to review issues What we are looking for in you: In order to be successful in this position you need to have minimum of 3 years of experience working on similar position, good English as well as excellent communication skills. We are looking for a Candidate with strong technical skillset, ability to learn new technologies quickly, great customer service skills and ability to work in business hours for USA based clients ( 8h shifts between 1 PM to 1 AM).
