BNG’s activities include customers operating in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. www.brandnewgalaxy.com Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be: Help desk supportResponding to inquiries related to the Synthrone applicationResolving tickets in the Fresh Desk systemExpanding the knowledge base related to the applicationDescribing the components of the applicationLow-level analysis of application data to identify system bugsInforming the product and development team about any issuesReporting identified bugs and areas for improvement based on user submissions What you’ll need to succeed: Required: 1 year of experience with help desk softwareknowledge of software documentation and knowledge base creationIT awareness (must have) Customer oriented approach Analytical thinking and ability to solve issues and challenges Good English level (min.
