Currently we are expanding our teams to take on defence projects. WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON? In our team you will prepare the technical documentation for the different projects that GMV is developing for Frontex. You will be responsible for:Creating technical documents including user guides, manuals, bulletins, publications, training manuals, process documentations, workflows, contextual help, etc.Creating documentation policies and guides, as well as templates in a project.Providing quality assurance for existing and newly created documents.Recommending and implementing improvements and automation of development of documentation.Managing document repository, versions, and releases.Language checks of the Graphical User Interface of the developed software.Preparing and delivering training sessions to end users and administrators of applications developed within a project, including materials and training reports. WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? We are looking for experts in technical writing with:At least first cycle of higher education (STEM degree would be a plus).Near native command of English, at least C1 Advanced of CEFR.At least four years of experience in preparing technical documentation for IT systems.Thorough knowledge of ICT terminology and concepts.Excellent Microsoft Office skills.Experience in preparing and delivering technical training sessions and presentations.Experience in maintaining document repositories and wikis.Familiarity with image editing tools.Strong soft skills. We will also value:Familiarity with markup languages, Git, SharePoint and Azure DevOps.Experience working with sensitive and/or classified information.Experience working in Agile. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
