Job role We are looking for a Technical Finance Business Partner to support the AZ Services Global Office. What you will do Control and management of master data changes fpr SAP CO / BW for AZ Services globally (India, Mauritius, Romania, Germany), changes and creation of new cost centers (L, D, O, P), profit centers and shifts within the AZ Services SAP hierarchy nodes Early communication to AZ Services finance community in regard to changes in AZ Tech SE SAP CO / BW set-up or in case of new standard reports, and communication of important deadlines during monthly closing, planning phase) Control and management of SAP CAP & BW authorizations rights for AZ Services finance community in close alignment with the AZ Tech central controlling master data management team Support in the planning process of Az Services with regard to timelines, technical planning tool guidance in close alignment with the AZ Tech central controlling planning team Support with regular SAP CO / BW reports for AZ Services What you bring Degree in Business Administration, Financials or Economics High flexibility, quick perception, team skills, reliability, resilience and organizational talent Ability to work under pressure while providing high qualitative results and ability to solve problems independently Fundamental business management knowledge and basic technical understanding Fluent business English spoken and written Advanced office profession (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Self-motivated personality Quick perception Well-developed interpersonal skills You have Strong organizational, planning and structuring skills Excellent communication skills, problem solving ability, team player, very organized Ability to build working relationships in a complex environment Flexible and able to think outside the box Self-starter and driven Customer oriented Analytical mindset What we offer Fixed Benefits - We place people at the core of what we do, this is why we are committed to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
