Job Description For our client, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced  Technical Landscape Owner - SAP Enterprise Threat Detection (ETD) Start date:   April Project duration:   2 years Expected travels:   yes, 0-10% (Germany) - cost covered by the client Important:   The role involves weekend go-lives and production incident handling, necessitating availability and adaptability. Main Responsibilities Customer Landscape Management: As a Technology Landscape Owner (TLO), you will oversee customer landscapes within SAP ECS, ensuring operational excellence, stability, and satisfaction. Technical & Customer-Facing Role: Success in this role requires both technical expertise and the ability to build trust with customers through effective communication, planning, and management. High Flexibility Required: The role involves weekend go-lives and production incident handling, necessitating availability and adaptability. Mission-Critical Responsibilities: Work closely with customers to manage their mission-critical SAP landscapes, lead technology discussions, drive innovation, and act as an escalation point for technical challenges. End-to-End Cloud Transformation Support: Take ownership of customer landscapes throughout their lifecycle—build, go-live, and ongoing operations. Proactive Issue Resolution: Ensure system stability by identifying and mitigating potential issues before they affect availability. In case of incidents, collaborate with customers and internal teams for swift resolution. Technical Requirements Prior experience with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and SAP Enterprise Threat Detection (ETD). The role requires expertise in migrating on-premise ETD to the new RISE platform, demanding specialized security skills. Extensive SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in SAP technology, system administration, and operations. Customers have deep SAP knowledge, so expertise is crucial. Cloud & Hyperscaler Experience: Familiarity with AWS and Azure technologies and operations. Broad Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in HANA, NetWeaver, networking, security, and related topics. Structured & Strong Communicator: Ability to guide customers, track open issues, and plan ahead to ensure system reliability. Technical Planning & Implementation: Hands-on experience in installation, migration, upgrades, and operations of SAP solutions in large, complex environments. Networking Expertise: Strong understanding of DNS, firewalls, encryption, routers, subnets, and troubleshooting network issues in collaboration with network experts. Cloud Strategy Alignment: Ability to translate business drivers into technical requirements and cloud solutions.
