ERP (regular) SaaS (regular) API (regular) Dynamics 365 (regular) English (advanced) Medius is now looking for a Technical Presales Consultant with focus on building out and maintaining our demonstration environments and transactional scenario library in support of sales pursuits and target market initiatives. In this role you will be part of Medius Presales team and play a vital role in supporting Presales and Sales engagements. Your key responsibilities will be to: Configure build out, and maintain integrated demonstration environments to Microsoft F&O ERP system that showcase Medius’s Master Data and Transactional connectivity to the ERP system consistent with our Target Market Configuration. Over time, we will add new ERP systems to the scope such as Netsuite, SAP ERP, etc.Build and maintain stand alone demonstration environments (those not connected to a back end ERP systems)Work closely with product management and engineering to deploy new features to the demonstration environmentsBuild out and maintain the demonstration scenario script library within Confluence. The Demonstration Scenario scripts are key to rapidly enabling Medius Value Consulting (presales) and Partner Resources to understand how to effectively demonstrate and position the capabilities and relative value of the feature or transactional scenario in question.Build out technology and scripts to aid in maintaining the said demonstration environments efficiently. This includes approaches to keep data current and fresh from both a date relevance and content relevance perspective. For example, making sure that we have transactional content that is Industry Relevant (e.g. retail purchase orders and invoices are different from Industrial Machining purchase orders) and all dates in the system are periodically refreshed to stay relatively current.Establish a digital workflow procedure for a Demo Build Request process and support Value Consulting (presales) resources in setting up custom content in support of highly competitive sales engagements where custom and/or integrated scenarios are required. In addition to the above, other things you will do include: Configuration and technical setup of our demonstration environmentsBecome functionally proficient in multiple ERP systems to stage demonstration content in support of custom demonstrations. This might include things like setting up projects, fixed assets, purchase orders, and payment files.Be technically proficient to be able to build technical solutions to automate repetitive tasks and drive efficiency and quality in support of these objectivesDeploy, configure, and maintain Medius packaged integrations for Microsoft and Netsuite ERP systems to our demonstration environments. Documenting and relaying issues you encounter to respective teams within Medius to ensure better customer experience.Work with the presales team in understanding demonstration objectives and transactional scenarios to be showcasedEnsure the latest features released into our cloud based solution are enabled into the demonstration environment and configured as appropriate. Ensure the benefits and value proposition of the said features are documented in the demonstration scenarios within Confluence.Maintain periodic cadence with Medius Product Management and Engineering to stay abreast of roadmap, innovations and their expected benefitConduct technical meetings with customers as asked / required. What kind of experience should you have? Functional ERP experience or aptitude in working in Microsoft Dynamics and Netsuite ERP applications and a Bachelor of Science degree, or higherA good understanding of procurement, accounts payable, and accounting transactionsA good understanding of integrations and API ́sProficient in English written languagePrior experience of IT system implementations, preferably cloud based/SaaS Structured work approach and good communication skillsThe ability to manage several parallel tasks with good quality and control What are we offering?
