JS (advanced) JavaScript (advanced) React (advanced) What is CouponFollow ?We help shoppers save money by intelligently finding coupons, discovering deals, and earning rewards.Our two primary tools are CouponFollow and Cently.We’re located in the New York Metropolitan area.In our Polish office we currently have 44 employees, most working remotely, cooperating with colleagues from other countries like Pakistan, South Africa, Thailand, Philippines, Canada and US.We’re currently looking for a Technical Product Manager to help us build and optimize our platform tools.Details Agreement: B2B (established own personal company) Type of employment: full-time Location: 100% remote (Poland preferred) ‍♂️ Start: ASAP Length: long term English: B2/C1What you will do:Leading efforts across the entire product lifecycle including defining the product vision. creating/prioritizing product requirements, sprint planning, and product development.Partnering with internal teams and stakeholders to identify the most impactful APIs and features to build on our platform.Identifying and establishing the business requirements with stakeholders.Collaborating cross-functionally with our engineering, analytics, and partnerships teams.Participating in daily stand-ups, project kickoffs, sprint planning, refinement meetingsOwning the outcome—you guide products to launch phase and after, ensuring builds are rigorously tested, monitoring success post-launch to identify learnings and next steps.Building consensus around roadmap priorities and defining what success looks like, how it will be measured, and how it will impact company-wide goals and strategies.Conceptualizing ideas by drafting prototypes and project proposals.Work with all available qualitative and quantitative data to assess opportunities and inform the roadmap.Serving as a bridge between stakeholders and our Scrum teams to maximize the value we deliver to our customers.Developing, prioritization and maintaining product backlog to ensure project transparency for all the stakeholders and team members.Supporting our Scrum teams throughout the entire development cycle and helping them understand the purpose of our actions.Job requirementsWhat we are looking for:3+ years (5+ for Sr PM or Product Owner) of product management experience at a growing consumer tech company with a proven record of delivering impact and solving important problems.Success delivering APIs and platforms as products that enabled impact for other teams and drove market outcomes.A persuasive subject matter expert—you have an ability to gather people around a shared vision.Experience using data to make product decisions—you balance insights from data with intuition.A clear communicator that likes writing and documenting things in an understandable manner.An energetic team player—you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and take on the hard problems.
