This role involves a deep understanding of the technology stack, active collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality products that meet market needs and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery of product functionalitiesDevelop detailed product requirements and specifications by gathering feedback from stakeholders, conducting market research, and analyzing competitive landscapesWork closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, resource allocation, and timelines are metDrive product roadmap, prioritize features based on business and customer impact, and define clear metrics for successCollaborate with strategic product management, sales, marketing, and support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and customer enablement materialsEngage with customers and partners to gather insights, identify pain points, and validate solutionsMonitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to inform strategic decisionsManage and prioritize backlog, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needsProvide ongoing product training and support for internal teams and external partnersDevelop and present product demos, use cases, and technical presentations to various stakeholdersMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in product management, technical project management, or related roles within the technology sectorProven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycleStrong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior executives and customersExperience working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable productsStrong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the tech industryPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a technical field such as software development, systems engineering, or similarStrong understanding of IoT technologies, including knowledge of IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, AMQP).Familiarity with connectivity solutions such as LPWAN, 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, Thread, and Bluetooth.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure), edge computing, and big data analytics.Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their applications in IoT is a plusMBA or equivalent business experience is a plusProfessional certifications in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing)Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teamsDemonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challengesSelf-motivated with a proactive mindset, demonstrating ownership and accountability in delivering product outcomesAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
