As part of our B2B2C team we are searching for a Project Manager that will be responsible for coordinating internal resources to deliver our tailored products, within time, scope, quality and cost constraints. This role implies responsibility for all assigned projects taking into account the customer satisfaction, definition, planning, monitoring and any other aspects of a project.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
'¢ Create and maintain project documentation
'¢ Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects
'¢ Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency
'¢ Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed'”escalating issues as necessary
'¢ Coordinate feedback and insight from customer engagements to improve the product, delivery flows and overall partner experience
REQUIREMENTS:
'¢ Proficient English user (speaking & writing)
'¢ Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management processes, workflows, and terminology
'¢ Basic technical knowledge of Windows/MAC/Android/IOS
'¢ Strong business and technical analysis skills and ability to talk to internal teams to help define business processes and to deliver technical solutions based on business requirements
'¢ Experience in managing multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time
'¢ Communication, client relationship, flexibility and creativity, problem-solving, planning and organizing.
It would be a plus:
'¢ University degree - bachelor's degree in Computer Science
'¢ External partners-facing management experience
