Our solutions are deployed by more than service providers, as well as more than private networks, in more than countries.Role of Ceragon Technical Project Manager contains descriptions, accountability, responsibility and process activities within each of the project phases. Project Planning Project Execution Manage Risks and Scope Changes Project, Processes and Tools (InSide and InSide Mobile) Project Financials In addition, Ceragon Technical Project Manager will work closely with the sales team to analyze the customers networks, make a technical assessment, and identify network solutions matching the customer’s needs.Deliverables for Technical Project Manager Accountable for all the project deliveries included in the project scope and/or agreed in Customer Contract document. Documented detailed acceptance procedures and acceptance Plan. Final Acceptance Certificate signed by the Customer. Project reports and presentations to customers Network assessment reports highlighting customer needs Preparation of new technical solution proposal to customers in collaboration with the sales team Responsibilities Has the overall responsibility to achieve the project goals with respect to functions, time and budget, and for the progress of the project. Administrates plans, risk handling, resource issues and reports to the Project Director/ Deployment Director. Has project staff members as support and delegate project tasks, but retains accountability.Coordinates and manages the subcontractors’ activities. Analyses customer networks and operational processes with the purpose to identify potential needs Supports the sales team in upselling new services solutions to Ceragon customers Accountabilities Prepare a project plan, which describes the overall steps, milestones and resources necessary, including a detail of the contract and the expected project outcome Lead key meetings to monitor progress and collaborate on solving problems Agree with the customer on project requirements to secure closure of projects and change control. Establish a communication plan/strategy in order to meet stakeholder and customer needs and expectations. Establish budget and resource plans. Services upselling in collaboration with the sales team Job Requirements What are the requirementsBachelor's Degree in Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering years of experience in project management Experience in microwave project deployment and Network Rollout Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus Languages: English (must have) Technical expertise on telecom transport networksAnalytical and data processing skills Excellent communication Creativity / innovation to develop strategies applicable to achieve project’s success. Leadership and teamwork Willingness to Travel in EuropeNice to have: Spanish, French skills
