More roles may be opened, hence the possibility of extension. The Technical Recruiter will work along-side our Talent Manager, Senior Recruiter and Recruitment Coordinator to support the full candidate experience from sourcing to offer, for a subset of our open roles. Although we do use agencies in certain circumstances, this role is not about agency management as we prefer to self source our candidates and will expect the Technical Recruiter to be sourcing too.Responsibilities include:Finding, attracting and hiring top class engineers (predominantly Java backend or Javascript frontend with some additional roles in Hardware and QA).Managing candidates through the end to end recruitment journey, making sure everybody has an absolutely amazing experience.Partnering with hiring managers to define and streamline the recruitment process.Partnering with the Talent Manager and Head of People Operations to define and execute a more long term recruitment strategy including marketing on social media, meetups, events, conferences etcWho we are looking for:You will have a number of years experience and a proven track record in technical recruitment, specifically hiring Java developers.You will have experience recruiting in Romania.You will already know which tools/platforms are likely to produce a good return on investment and will be adept at sourcing great candidates from a wide range of sources.You should be experienced in creating successful long term recruitment strategies for SME’s, focusing on tools, platforms, pipeline and quality of candidates.Diversity:We celebrate multiple approaches and points of view, striving to create an environment where everyone feels empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work.
