Zumtobel Group are recruiting for a Technical Quotation Specialist to work within our sales office in Bucharest, Romania. In this post you will be responsible for:Evaluate project quotation enquiries, understand their requirements, technical specifications and commercial terms & conditionsFormulate competitive quotations including the best product mix and services by considering technical and commercial requirements for each individual situationFollow up on submitted quotations, review and update the project status in order to realise business opportunitiesWork closely with customers, sales colleagues, lighting designers, customer specialist and services managers in order to create high quality projectsEstablish trustful customer relationships and maintain best in class service levelsIdentify potential risks and opportunities in contract agreementsMaintain accurate customer and project information in CRM and if required support in other sales processes such as after sales services Your profile You have a technical degree or basic level of education in a technical fieldYou have experience of working in a similar role in a lighting industry or comparable technical environmentYou show strong technical skills combined with a commercial mindset You encounter challenges with a positive attitude, have an interest in technology and strive for continuous improvement & development You communicate effectively at all levels and are passionate to create a win-win situation for customers, the Zumtobel Group and partners You approach conflicts with an open mind, respect and the clear goal to find the right solution You are a passionate team-player with a high level of integrity You have sound knowledge of SAP and Microsoft applications, ideally AutoCAD knowledgeYou are fully proficient in Romanian and have very good English skills If you are excited by the prospect of building a successful career with leading global brands in the cutting-edge lighting industry with an enviable and growing product portfolio in a genuine work environment with bright and humble people, than please apply below.At the Zumtobel Group, we not only understand the power of the visible, but also the invisible.
