Technical Service Specialist - Contract - fluent Italian & English speakerLocation: Mogliano Veneto, Italy. International Group Leader in the field of sales and maintenance of Neurological Diagnostic devices, NATUS Medical Incorporated is looking for a Technical service Specialist for its Neurology branch.Job Description :Attached to the after-sales service management, in close collaboration with other factory or field technicians, as well as with the sales department, you will carry out, among other things, the following tasks: Telephone and mail technical assistance for our customers (hospitals, clinics and private neurologists) for all their requests concerning our EEG or EMG medical devices (curative maintenance of specific hardware or software, use and configuration of software, network operation, etc.);Liaison with NATUS or manufacturers for the repair of electronic subassemblies;Recording technical problems encountered, and reporting information on breakdowns in our Salesforce CRM;Drafting after-sales service quotes;Management of the stock of loan equipment and after-sales service. Profile and skills: You have a sense of customer contact, service and customer satisfactionYou are pragmatic, autonomous, and rigorous in your organization, and you like working in a team.Ideally, you have 1/3 years of experience in a similar role.In depth knowledge of systems and great in Microsoft Office.Third level certification in a relevant discipline from a leading 3rd level institutionMature judgment, problem solving and decision-making ability Fluent Italian and good command of technical English which allows you to communicate by email easily within the group.
