For Payments & Cards division at Cross-Border Payment department, the company is looking for a talented technical specialist preferably with experience from the payment eco system within the financial sector. You will be working with SWIFTNet connectivity and messaging services - in all the SWIFT platform - for the Cross-Border Payments team who define, configure, and manages IT applications from SWIFT and 3rd party vendor within payments and funds transfer. The company is a SWIFT Service Bureau, and together with your highly skilled colleagues it is your responsibility to manage SWIFT platform and ensure robust solutions on a critical function for our customers. The objective is to keep the SWIFT platform, stable, secure, up-to-date and SWIFT compliant. It is essential that you are proactive to keep focus on a compliant platform as company has a contractual obligation to SWIFT as a service bureau. As a Technical Specialist, you get to participate in both project work and maintenance in the Cross-Border Payments team. A large part of your responsibility will be to make ends meet across the many stakeholders involved in tasks and projects, ensuring to plan and coordinate with stakeholders to implement your tasks on the platform. The guideline will be to meet in the office in Warsaw 2-3 days a week. Requirements description:Strong analytical skillsGood communication and collaboration, and good learning skills are crucial.Equally important is the ability to be versatile as the scope of responsibilities may increase or change over time. Which also means that daily work and tasks can change if urgent incidents most be solved.It will be an advantage if you have experience with SWIFTNet connectivity and messaging services. Your responsibilities:SWIFT Platform (SWIFT Alliance Gateway, SWIFT Web Platform, SWIFTNet Connector etc.)Ensure security updates, patches, and new versions in collaboration with stakeholdersYour technical skills will be needed when configuring, collaborating, planning and with stakeholders to qualify the decisions, solutions etc.Maintenance and participating in projectsYou will also be responsible to document the services and systems within your responsibility area and keep it up to date.Secondary responsibilities for 3rd party products: TietoEvry products: TPS, ProSwitch, ProMatchEastNets SafeWatch Filtering (Sanction Screening)The candidate will have daily contact with Danish colleagues, and it is required that you are capable to communicate in English, both writing and speech, and have the ability to be self-driven.The candidate will also work closely together with other Polish consultants part of the Cross-Border Payments team and across the company.After an introductory phase of a few weeks which normally would include a bit of travel to Denmark you will become part of the Cross-Border Payments Team where the work environment is characterized by commitment, delegated responsibility, teamwork and professional as well as personal development.Depending on the candidate profile additional responsibilities may evolve.
