We’re looking for a Technical Support Analyst with SQL to join our Technical Support team responsible for managing the technical requests related to the Zoovu product suite. Challenge yourself and progress your career with us! The key requirement is SQL/database analysis proficiency. The main part of the position responsibilities will be to increase the team’s capacity to build business reports from the raw system usage data (~30% of work time). You will also participate in the regular Technical Support operations – system maintenance and analysis based on the user reports, cooperation with the development team, communication with customers, etc. Familiarity with basic web development technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is strongly preferred. The Zoovu Support team handles all kinds of technical and operational tasks related to the company operations. We’re not a simple helpdesk – the majority of our work is spent on evaluating complex system requests. Your responsibilities: Supporting customers and internal users via various channels (email, occasional video calls) Analyzing and resolving support requests related to the Zoovu product suite (technical, operational) Preparing business reports from the raw system data (SQL). Cooperation with the R&D team to resolve the reported issues Developing process and internal system improvements and initiatives through own ideas Requirements: Tech-savviness, understanding of digital business, interest, and excitement for innovative software solutions SQL knowledge, familiarity with basic data management principles (preferably proven with professional experience) Accountability and responsibility; readiness to take over and own tasks, being responsible for their outcome Good English communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is not a must but is strongly preferred Flexibility to work in shift patterns, either morning, afternoon, or night (shifts are performed in two patterns: 8 am - 4 pm and 2 pm - 10 pm, night shifts are handled in an on-call manner).
