    Your daily work is:

  • Work as L1/L2 support, provide help to German/Spanish/Dutch customer who contact us in multi ways, Phone Calls, Email or Online Chat ;
  • Receive the professional training for TP-Link products/Troubleshooting skills, to improve yourself during your working;
  • You will be promoted once you became better and also be suitable for the higher level;
