The company’s customers are being offered a comprehensive and unified data management experience that delivers next-level protection, performance, and resiliency across any environment.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do:Work with a variety of different clients and end-users providing service that is friendly, fast, and efficient through phone and the Internet Troubleshoot and resolve end user’s Level 2 & 3 technical support issues by answering email and phone requests Work with a ticketing system to document, prioritize and resolve support requests Multitask across systems and applications, analyze and resolve various technical issues, and comfortably navigate an environment of Windows, Mac OSX, Servers, and mobile devices Work accurately in a fast-paced, hectic, ever-changing environment with strong attention to detail focusing on the customers by meeting their technological need Perform new account creation and account change requests for emails, active directory, and remote desktop users Ensure a high level of end-user satisfaction through ownership, resolution, and appropriate escalation of issues and support tickets Provide strong technical resources and escalation points for numerous technologiesRequirementsWhat makes you a great fit for this position: 2+ years of technical support/help desk experience Fluency in English (at least C1) - both written and spoken Excellent communication skills over the phone, email, text, or chat Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills A stable and fast Internet connection from home that can support VoIP Good understanding of networking concepts, remote desktop, anti-malware, firewalls, ISP routers, and VPNNice to have: Bachelor's degree in computer science or higher Thorough knowledge of Windows Server and Workstations environment Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products Experience with remote control tools and systems What we can offer100% remote work in the comfort of your home. work in a technologically rich and challenging environment 21 days of paid vacation up-skilling budget - paid courses and certifications
