Therefore, the European Tractor DTAC (Dealer Technical Assistance Center) is looking for smart and creative talents: Technical Support Specialist(DTAC Technical Support Specialist for Tractors) Workplace: Tarnowo Podgorne As a DTAC TSS (Technical Support Specialist) your mission is to maximize uptime of our customer`s tractor fleets. Your task is to support our worldwide dealer organization for technical inquires, deliver technical services and monitor upcoming issues. You are part of an integrated network and will support the Problem Resolution Process as an interface between dealer and production / engineering.
