ResponsibilitiesProvide reliable technical assistance to internal and external customers.You will drive focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction.You will drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues.You will develop broad understanding of customer needs.You will ensure proper documenting and recording of all activity and communicationYou will address systemic coordination issues across teamsBuild business acumen while learning to address customer's technical needsYOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree in Information Technology or related technical fieldRelevant experience on a similar positionWE VALUEExtensive customer facing experienceExperience in the industry is preferredKnowledge in Java & WindowsExcellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skillsStrong continuous improvement mindset, strong leadership impactDemonstrated experience with Knowledge Management & Call Center ManagementGood communications skills in English is a must; German, Dutch or France – is an advantageGood administration skillsHybrid Work Policy (3days in the office, 2 days work from home)
