How you will create an impact: Day to day code reviews and pair programming sessions System architecture and components design Technical Feasibility evaluation High level and low level estimations Have a clear vision of the team technical stack and help the team adopt new technologies when needed Conducts R&D and POCs to make sure the team is using the latest effective technologies Team development, coaching and mentoring while holding teams accountable for their commitments, and removing roadblocks to their work Team evaluation cycles twice a year Measure progress and velocity and manage risks and issues Ensure engagement, quality work, and best performance for every team member Your profile: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field Minimum 10 years of professional software engineering experience Experience overseeing multiple project teams simultaneously Strong interpersonal, communication and team building skills together with time-management, planning, and organizational skills Deep understanding and good experience with software architecture and design principles Deep understanding of clean code and best practices, as well as Cloud Native architectures and technologies Updated with the latest industry trends Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a team environment A passion for innovation and continuous learning
