As the Technical Track Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions and meets project deadlines. The ideal candidate should possess a deep technical understanding of Windows operating systems, strong communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of overseeing deliverables from technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a team of specialists responsible for addressing PC performance issues and enhancing the end user experience on Windows 10/11 based devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure objectives and timelines are met. Develop and implement strategies to improve PC performance and optimize end user experience. Provide guidance and support to team members as needed. Develop and maintain delivery plans, status reports, and PowerPoint presentations. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure optimal performance. Ensure team adherence to established policies, procedures, and best practices. Identify and address technical risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Communicate project status and technical updates to stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles overseeing teams of technical specialists . In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and related technologies. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus. Experience in troubleshooting PC performance issues and optimizing end-user experience is a plus.
