About the Role:
join a leading industrial group of over 1,200 employees and be part of an exciting commercial development project! As a key member of our newly formed 3-person team, you'll actively contribute to expanding our industrial activities in Romania, working collaboratively in a dynamic environment near Brașov.
In this role, you'll focus on building client relationships and driving business growth in sectors such as industrial equipment, electronics, and automotive. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- - Conducting market research: identifying potential targets and analyzing competition.
- - Driving prospecting activities locally and nationally.
- - Assessing project feasibility in collaboration with internal teams during pre-project phases.
- - Preparing proposals, quotes, and coordinating with suppliers and procurement teams.
- - Managing prospect and client dossiers, following up on offers, and coordinating with the industrialization service upon receiving orders.
- - Preparing activity reports for regular updates.
Requirements
Profile We’re Seeking:
- - Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 3 years) in industrial products or services.
- - Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Bac +2/3).
- - Technical experience in industrial production is highly valued.
- - Language skills: Fluency in Romanian and French (English proficiency is a strong asset).
