Job Description The Technology Lead is responsible for designing and governing the implementation of complex technology solutions that meet the business needs of an organization. The Technology Lead will work closely with enterprise architects, business analysts, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, evaluate existing technology solutions, and recommend new solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.Design and develop end-to-end technology solutions that meet business needs, while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.Evaluate existing technology solutions and recommend new solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.Define and document technical architecture and solution designs that align with the organization's standards and policies.Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of technology solutions.Conduct design governance reviews of implemented designs to ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.Participate in project planning and project management activities, including estimation, scheduling, and resource planning.Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications To achieve in this role, you are likely to have:Proven experience as a Technology Lead or similar role.Strong knowledge of enterprise-level technology solutions, including cloud computing, network design, security by design c concepts, software development methodologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks.Hands-on experience with a range of frameworks, technologies, platforms, and tools.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in project management and agile development methodologies is a plus.
