Technology Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
- Individual is responsible for accurately maintaining Employee Experience data in Workday
- Execute against Employee Experience Technology strategy and roadmap
- Review and fulfill reporting requests for Workday.
- Respond to the requestor in accordance with the SLA, understand the Ask, follow-up with additional questions to clarify requirements.
- Run reports based on requirements, partnering with the reporting architects to build new reports.
- Manage core HCM system administration and partner with others in the governance of people data
- Act as project manager and/or subject matter expert on assigned projects and provide direction, knowledge, and support to other team members when needed
- Support streamlining of process hand-offs and managing/refining SLAs for a seamless customer experience
- Partners with the Employee Experience team, providing technical assistance and finding opportunities to optimize technology solutions
- Consolidate and maintain payroll files, on a monthly basis
Requirements
- You should have excellent analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of Workday reporting
- Excel and PPT intermediate/advance level
- Have strong attention to detail and comfortable with numbers
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Works efficiently; allocates one's time to handle multiple demands and contending priorities
- Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal; strong listener
- Willing to take action; can run with little direction; can make sound decisions under conditions of uncertainty
