Responsabilitati: - Identificarea de clienti noi si contactarea acestora atat telefonic cat si prin mail; - Actualizarea bazelor de date; - Prezentarea serviciilor oferite catre clienti; - Oferirea de suport pentru clienti in legatura cu anumite intrebari, nelamuriri; - Indeplinirea targetului de vanzari Cerinte: - 6 luni – 1 an experienta in call center sau customer service; - Studii superioare (de preferat logistica, transport) - Persoana orientata catre rezultate - Initiativa, atentie la detalii - Abilitati excelente de comunicare Mod de lucru: Hybrid (3 zile de la birou, 2 de acasa) Beneficii: - Bonuri de masa - Laptop + telefon - Asigurare de sanitate - Posibilitate de dezvoltare in cadrul companiei - Echipa dinamica
