Role overview As Telesales Executive at SIAD you will be responsible for the promotion and sale of our products to small and medium clients. You will work together with the field sales team towards the achievement of company’s sales targets, and you will cover the entire Romanian territory by reaching the clients through phone and email. In terms of location, you will be based at SIAD’s headquarter in Bucharest. Qualifications for success University degree: preferably economic or technical studies. At least 3 years experience in sales or telesales. Business fluent in English, written or spoken. Confident in use of MS Office. Key competencies and additional skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Hands-on approach with a willingness to tackle challenging issues. Customer-focused, a strong understanding of customer needs and a commercial mindset. Strong personality with ability to assertively address difficult situation. Effective time management, planning and organizational skills. Attention to details and very good analytical skills. Pragmatic, with a positive attitude and a team player mentality. Responsibilities Develop and manage market of small/medium customers in Romania, according to the defined sales strategy and plans. Collect information about market, potential customers, and business trends. Address clients’ inquiries and issues to ensure a positive experience. Perform full sales engagements to reach and exceed the sales targets. Register and update in the electronic platforms the sales specific activities such as offers, negotiations and contracts.
