TENDER COORDINATOR in Câmpina

• Prepare the development, structure, format and content of the tender in compliance with Cameron's processes and procedures and in accordance with the customer's instructions. • Develop a winning tender strategy in conjunction with the Sales team and present this for approval by senior management at the Gate B meeting. • Communicate the winning strategy to the extended tender team, demonstrate how the strategy will be achieved and drive the successful implementation of the strategy. • Prepare a tender activity plan to ensure tender is complete within the required deadline. • Delegate workload to the assigned tender team as required and monitor progress. • Identify all input needed to complete tender and ensure requests for input are issued to the responsible parties. • Monitor progress of the requested input and take ownership for resolving conflicts/issues that arise. • Develop a commercial strategy for the project in conjunction with the Sales Manager. • Ensure the commercial requirements within ITT documents are reviewed and the necessary exceptions and qualifications are raised. • Ensures that the commercial content of all tenders complies with the customer's instructions and reflects senior management's expectations. • Develop a project execution strategy in conjunction with the Manufacturing and Sales Support Manager • Take the lead role in obtaining the necessary management approvals at the various stages of the tender cycle. (Gate C, Gate D and Gate E) • Perform reviews of the tender deliverables and seek amendments where necessary. • Manage the negotiation phase with the customer and support the Sales Lead at clarification meetings with the customer. • Develop a handover file and presentation to facilitate an efficient handover to project execution following contract award Minimum Job Qualifications • Degree qualified or equivalent in Engineering or Business-related subjects• Proven experience as a Tender Lead/Tender Co-Ordinator, Sales Lead or Project Manager
