Your key responsibilities will be to guard and assure software quality and to drive, facilitate and improve SCRUM process implementation. Driving the software test process including: Analysis of requirements completeness and testability Test planning, executing, reporting and analysis Test automation Project and test risks assessment and evaluation Support product management primarily around product backlog management and communication of business needs towards the dev team Arrange and facilitate SCRUM events Be responsible for further SCRUM implementation and process improvements Drive changes and steps to increase the team's productivity Visualization of Team’s work progress and status in DevOps Collaborate with other scrum masters to improve the methodologies' efficiency. It would be great if you have:Experience with software quality. Excellent software development process understanding. Excellent facilitation and communication skills.Goal oriented personality.Ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships in&outside the Development team.
