You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization’s strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.You will: Work closely with the DFS business teams to understand system functionality and requirements Design and execute user acceptance tests, functional tests and system integration tests Work as part of an Agile development team delivering critical business software Investigate, document, and log possible software defects found during the test execution phases – system test, user acceptance test, integration test and re-test resolved defects when corrected by the Development Team Develop and execute reporting scripts from large data sets Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements 5 to 7 years of related experience with a strong understanding of internal business processes and systems capabilities; Ability to work independently and successfully influence senior decision makers Experience in Test Environments; Test Methodology; Test Planning; Test Execution; User Acceptance Testing; E2E Testing; Working knowledge of Microsoft Test Manager, JIRA or other equivalent software testing and deployment tools; The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal and needs to be very comfortable interacting with all levels of the team; Desirable Requirements Bachelors’ degree and a background in financial services industry is highly desirable, but not essential Understanding of shell scripting, SQL and Business Objects highly desirable; Experience with Microsoft test Manager or Equivalent Test Management tool Here’s our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
