In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting Third Party Management HBCE, collaborating with various business units and functions to onboard and monitor third-party relations. Your main responsibilities: partnering with Business and Functions for on-boarding and monitoring third-party relations Maintaining local registries and ensuring data quality through the collection of relevant information Analyzing different data sources to identify gaps and data quality issues Preparing Management Information (MI) for governance bodies and senior management Supporting Issue and Action Management for internal and external audits related to outsourcing Understanding services, associated risks, and mitigants consumed by the business/function Monitoring service performance, change management, and incidents using service management dashboard You’re ideal for this role if you have: Strong analytical skills and lateral thinking ability Experience in Third Party Management with knowledge of European Regulatory requirements Ability to work effectively in a diversified international team Capability to work efficiently and independently under pressure Fluent English It is a strong plus if you have: Team player mindset and adaptability to change Advanced Excel and Access Skills Desire to broaden/deepen knowledge in global projects Line manager’s support in all aspects Positive working environment oriented on people We offer you: ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in Europe.
