Learn more: Tobacco and Materials Planner Position: The purpose of the role is to ensure that daily activities related to the production planning for semi-finished goods (Filters &Tobacco) are timely executed by analyzing the production requirements and inventory level. As a Tobacco and Materials Planner you will be responsible for: Preparing and maintaining long-mid term production plans for non-tobacco and tobacco materials based on the established cigarette production plan and customer requirements Cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing Departments (Production, Warehouse, Procurement) and Markets, to ensure clear communication with the related parties about any potential risks Inventory materials overview, stock, requirement, and shelf life, ensuring optimum inventory levels based on available capacity Monitoring phase-in/out of demand by taking capacity/capability constraints and material changes into consideration Being part of the Extended team for the Market projects and new product launches Requirements: University Degree, Technical, Engineering, or Economic profile Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Experience working with SAP & IBP represents an advantage Ability to analyze and interpret data for production planning Understanding of production processes Client-orientation, ability to work in cross-functional teams; Good communication skills and good team-player abilities English and Romanian - very good (speaking and writing) Advanced MS Excel skills What to expect:Expect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a family leave policy.
