Job Description
Overall responsibility
Manage service delivery of Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll &HR Admin functions at country level (6 locations, 4 legal entities, +3500 employees)
Overall accountability of delivery, prioritization and escalation across all teams.
Design, build and communicate programs, policies, processes and practices that deliver long term strategy and support business goals.
Conduct internal and external market research and analysis to plan compensation and benefits and ensure its relevance, competitiveness and affordability.
Key responsibilities:
Manage Compensation and Benefits
- Drive refinement of the Market Intelligence processes and deliverables to ensure client expectations and deliverables are met on time and with quality
- Participate in development of annual survey budgets and handle compensation related computation and analysis
- Ensure market data analysis and recommendations are aligned with the compensation and benefits strategy and direction for the Country
- Lead external benchmarking projects for a variety of global HR strategy and compensation, benefits design initiatives which impact HR strategies across all workforces and locations
- Work with the HR and Business Leaders, understand business/people strategy in order to develop priorities and design/build solutions that support it
- Finalize overall Total Rewards Management budget requirements
- Manage administration of compensation budget
- Ensure benefit strategy is aligned to the overall people strategy and market practice
- Manage administration of benefits and benefits vendors
- Develop, review and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies that align with the business strategy and the vision of HR
- Support implementation of new (or key changes to existing) global programs and processes, testing designs to validate applicability to local market situations and ensuring appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines
- Coordinate with the regional and global Compensation and Benefits contacts to implement initiatives, programs and complete local deliverables
- Interface with HR and leadership/employees in assigned areas to provide compensation communication as needed
Manage Payroll and HR Admin
- Ensure Payroll and HR Admin activities are running smoothly and are compliant with country legislation
- Manage Payroll and HR Admin vendor contract and relationship
Manage Risk and Compliance
- Ensure that Accenture Total rewards programs are fully integrated with statutory programs
- Manages Internal Controls
- Manages compliance of all processes and tools with internal and legal standards
Supervision
- Manage a team of 5 colleagues covering the different areas and the Payroll and HR Admin vendor
Manage relationship
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders up to Accenture leadership level to understand their business objectives and adapt TR strategy
- Collaborate with other local HR teams (Recruitment, Field HR, Employee Relations and Policies) to obtain insights, develop appropriate strategies and drive implementation of initiatives
- Collaborate with regional and global Compensation, Benefits and Compliance teams
- Manage vendors.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a senior role including TR budget, team and vendor management
- Working knowledge of Total Rewards and Payroll core concepts and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills, focusing on quality, processes and results
- Ability to deliver high impact amid complexity, ambiguity while managing multiple tasks and competing/changing priorities
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills together with data analysis experience
- Strong budgeting management skills
- Operates successfully with a large degree of autonomy and independence
- Proven ability to build, sustain, and influence relationships, at all levels of an organization; at ease in a matrix organization
- Strong experience dealing with external service suppliers
- Strong team building and people development skills
- Fluency in English language.
