It’s an exciting business which helps make the world cleaner, safer and healthier.What’s in it For You:The opportunity to take on some of the world’s most meaningful challenges, helping customers achieve clean water, safe food, abundant energy, and healthy environments.The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth.The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best.Why choose Purolite?A world-leading international organization, benefitting from a diverse, multinational team.A fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly growing environmentManufacture of high-quality technical products developed hand-in-hand with leading minds in the industry.Entrepreneurial workplace culture with a flat management structure, encouraging new approaches and ideas.What you’ll do:Lead and coordinate the plant’s TPM Programme in line with agreed site objectives, goals, strategies, and measures / divisional strategy and the global/regional TPM Programme.Proactively drive a continuous improvement culture to help realise the site vision.Ensure plant’s TPM implementation is fully aligned to both site master plan and regional/global TPM strategy.Subject matter expert for Plant Manager and plant leadership team on all aspects of TPM governance and deployment.Coach and train all site associates in the effective application of TPM tools and techniques to achieve site KPI’s.Proactively contribute to own regional TPM community by developing and sharing best practices.Develop and promote loss driven culture through application of appropriate TPM tools and techniques.Identify and prioritise areas for continuous improvement through effective audits, benchmarking, and gap analysis.Role model Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) behaviours and practices and ensure compliance of all associates taking preventative and corrective action as required.Proactively support the delivery of EHS improvements via EHS Pillar ensuring alignment with site master plan.Record and track progress against site master plan to ensure plant meets relevant production targets.Identify and eliminate site quality and service losses via application of appropriate problem-solving tools. Ensure effective tracking and reporting of all losses.Plan all TPM activities to coordinate with equipment downtime.Ensure use of loss analysis to identify and prioritise actions to maximise savings.Support the Plant Manager and leadership team to deliver Plant KPI’s.Role model behavioural standards for plant.Coach, train, and develop all associates in TPM fundamentals and effective application of TPM tools and techniques.Ensure TPM philosophy, processes and procedures become fully embedded and integrated into the site’s culture and ways of working.Proactively contribute to regional TPM community including sharing of best practice, peer review and case studies.Reports to Plant ManagerWhat you'll need:Proven track record of managing a department and leading and influencing others.Minimum 5 years relevant industrial experience where you have demonstrated the above skills.Comprehensive understanding of TPM philosophy, principles, processes, and tools.Technical degree or equivalent qualifications preferred.Intermediate/advanced English language knowledge.Our Commitment to Diversity and InclusionEcolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
