The team you will be a part of The Supply and Logistics team is responsible for keeping the appropriate levels of materials and/or stock supplies with the aim to maximize inventory control and company sales. Organizes deliveries to meet given deadlines and customer expectations. Supervises and tracks the flow of materials and products from suppliers throughout the organization.This role in summary Ensure customer satisfaction, managing the order to delivery in the most effective manner and in line with the Trade policies by Whirlpool.Your responsibilities will include Receive sales order (via mail, telephone) and control data accuracy (price, availability, quantity) and adherence to policies checking formal correctness till order release Control data accuracy of the orders (price, availability, quantity) received by trade place, business to the business system by sales or trade partner till order release Provide to processing the order blocked or release for commercial condition, customer address, or delivery date Manage order processing, from sales order creation into SAP system to delivery number creation Communicate with logistics dept to maximize delivery execution and with demand planner to ensure products availability Communicate with salesforce and Trade Partners in order to satisfy customers requests Interact with credit department in order to speed up the orders blocked process Responsible for achieving Order To Cash targets (LTR In process and LTR admi - KPI) Control portfolio/order book in frames of promising logic and/or Late to Request Logic Be capable to read daily inventory automatic reports, Daily LTR, LTR portfolio automatic reports, Daily supply (stock/free stock report) Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively applying basic problem-solving tools and contributing to processes continuous improvement by submitting improvement suggestions in his/her area of responsibility Manage and execute HR processes ensuring their implementation for his/her own development Ensure proactiveness in his/her career development Attend training and educational activities Minimum requirements Bachelor/Master degree Perfect Romanian and basic English language skills Advanced Excel knowledge Preferred skills and experiences 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, customer service What we offer From day one you will have a great variety of responsibilities and are part of a great international, innovative, and very dynamic organization.
