Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traffic Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive traffic to klasswagen.com. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and a proven track record of successful traffic acquisition campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive traffic acquisition strategies to increase website traffic and user engagement; Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels; Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth; Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behaviour using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports on performance; Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and traffic acquisition; Identify and test new traffic acquisition channels and strategies to drive continuous improvement; Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; Proven experience in traffic acquisition, digital marketing, or a similar role; A strategic thinker able to identify opportunities for growth and value creation; Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools; Experience with paid advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; You have curiosity to continuously improve, and a desire to coach team members.
