(if circumstances allow)International onboarding. Following your local onboarding introduction, you will fly to our headquarters in Amsterdam for a two week-long international onboarding event. (if circumstances allow)Trainings & learning experiences in different business lines to boost your knowledge and skill set.Mentoring. Experienced ING executives will support your personal and professional development through regular feedback and coaching.Specialized job. After 18 months of job rotations, you will start in your first dedicated assignment in Operations.Getting to know OperationsTrainees on the Operations track have a crucial role in initiating and implementing changes that will contribute to ING’s future. You’ll use your analytical skills to tackle strategic business challenges and your creativity to design and implement tools and methods that deliver improved results. Successfully executing your vision puts you at the forefront of delivering on ING’s strategy.As a trainee, you’ll be fully involved in the business from day one and you’re expected to quickly get to grips with the complex material.
