Key responsibilities:We have an interesting opportunity for a Transition and Deployment Director to join our team.Avon GBS transformation is at a critical stage with several key decisions to be made on the next phase of the development of the operating model and organization design. This role is required to support the Service Delivery, Transformation, and Strategy teams on this next phase, define the roadmap for several optimization opportunities, then build and deliver the projects. This role will lead discussions, including but not limited to baseline analytics and reporting, benchmarking, organizational design, operating model, organization structure, and global implementation plan options.The Transition Lead will work collaboratively with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team to deliver its objectives. As a key member of the senior management team in Global Business Services, you will provide leadership and direction for the organization in delivering our vision for integrated business services - a shared endeavor across multiple markets and Business Units. GBS Transformation is a key enabler for the majority of our integrated operating agenda. You will build and manage a small team of program managers and change managers to drive the delivery and implementation of strategic change initiatives and programs.Work in close partnership with the leadership team to manage the scope, plan, and delivery of the transformation roadmap to bring efficiencies and transform ways of working.Analyse and research exciting new ways to drive organisational change and growth/ development strategies into the heart of high-performing teams whilst supporting, owning, and delivering the strategy for elements of the Enabling Transformation program.Shape the initiation of new activity, defining the scope/approach, ensuring a clear rationale, defining the governance and reporting structureLead end to end delivery of all transformation initiatives and ensure there is a robust plan for each initiative from initiation to adoption and measuring benefits and outcomesYou will act as the recognized expert for defining and building on the supply, skills, and talent strategy, partnering with external suppliers, building the strategy, and delivering the initiatives to support the resourcing needs for the department. Be able to motivate people with different skills to youQualifications and ExperienceA qualified accountant with a background in operational finance who has likely progressed to Director level before embarking on a career in Finance Transformation. Able to demonstrable experience in delivering significant change in omnichannel, consumer-oriented sectors in an organization consulting role - particularly the improvement of an SSC, citing examples of significant process improvement and the related improvement metrics.Senior track record of collaborative working as part of a leadership team extensive RTR/PTP/OTC and Organizational Design experience in a transforming environmentExperience of working in large, multi-site, international, customer-facing environmentsExperience in deployment and the creation of complex implementation plans that enable change across an organizationVery strong analytical skills, understanding of benchmarks, and access to relevant data to enable decision makingStrategic thinking capability but with a practical application; happy to be hands-on and “operational” on a day-to-day basisA proven ability to persuade and influence senior decision-making, strong facilitation skillsDriven, accountable, and commercially mindedStrong business acumen and commercial understanding, with solid project management skillsAffinity with & passion for Avon and Natura & Co purpose, commitment to life, and valuesWhat we offer: At Avon, we’re open to all irrespective of gender, race, sexuality, age or any other characteristic.
