Our solutions are deployed by more than service providers, as well as more than private networks, in more than countries.What will you doDesign and develop end to end Technical Training courses specific for Ceragon Products on Radio/Routing/Network Intelligence and other Transmission Technologies: SDH, Ethernet, 5G, 4G, Radio Propagation, Radio Planning, Routing, Network Management tools.Organize trainings and events for internal/external stakeholders.Training deliveries according to fixed schedule and agenda for customers or internally.Maintain/Update and develop Technical Training Portfolio for all Networking/Radio/Network Intelligence Products. Should be able to implement proper Learning Objectives and Learning Design into Content, Delivery and Activities in both virtual and frontal situations.Develop, test, implement Courses and Learning Paths on a Learning Management System; nice to have experience with Litmos or any other learning platform.Local Training Laboratory maintenance for training deliveries and testing of new features.Perform annual competence/knowledge gap analysis over entire company's technical personnel and build training needs accordingly. Autonomous Development of instructional videos from plan to execution, in any technological field, with some experience with Video & Photo content creation showing company values being translated into benefits for training customers; nice to be familiar with Camtasia, Articulate .
