Main responsibilities: Comments Prepares the meeting rooms, ensuring the availability of materials for the proper conduct of the meetings. It deals with the coordination of the transport of the employees from the rural and urban environment. It deals with the reservations of the persons in the delegation, and their transport. Monthly prepares reports on rural transport routes. Monthly prepares the situation with the subscriptions of the employees in the urban environment. Update the visit agenda on the reception pane Enter and maintain data in the system (SAP SRM - Professional Shopping Cart).. Requester for the GA Department Cooperate closely with the rest of the departments.
